Introduction
Xiao Xue  is a professor and PhD supervisor in the Department of Intelligence and Computing, Tianjin University. His main research direction is service computing, swarm intelligence, and computing experiments. Since work, he has successively won the honorary titles of Provincial Outstanding Youth in Science and Technology Innovation (Provincial Outstanding Youth), Provincial University Science and Technology Innovation Talent, Provincial University Young Key Teacher, Provincial Education Department Academic Leader, Provincial Outstanding Master Thesis Instructor, etc. Currently a member of IEEE, CCF, ACM; member of the Service Computing Committee; member of the Parallel Intelligence Committee; evaluation expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, evaluation expert of the Ministry of Education; TII, TSC, TKDE, IJPR, JIT, JNCA, SOCA, IEEE IoT and other international journal review experts; Workshop Co-chair of ICSOC 2019, Publication Chair of ICSS 2019, PC member of ICWS 2018, 2019, 2020.
        In recent years, he has hosted and participated in more than 20 research projects, including 4 national projects, 2 provincial-level major projects and 5 provincial-level general projects. As a major member, he participated in one national key research and development project, one National Natural Science Key Foundation of China, three national science and technology development projects, and three 863 projects. Two academic books have been published, and more than 30 articles have been published in IEEE Trans series, Internet of Things, Information Sciences, JNCA, FGCS, IJPR and other well-known international journals & conferences. He won the second prize of the provincial natural sciences for twice(ranked first), the second prize of provincial decision-making research achievements (ranking the first), and the first prize of provincial outstanding academic works (alone).
