2007年毕业于浙江大学CAD&CG国家重点实验室,师从彭群生教授。随后,就职于天津大学计算机科学与技术学院,先后任讲师、副教授、教授。中国计算机学会计算机辅助设计与图形学专业委员会委员。20097-9月在香港中文大学计算科学与工程系合作访问。20109-20113月为密歇根州立大学访问学者。201210-20134月,韩国科学技术院(KAIST)研究副教授。主要研究方向包括计算图形学、计算机动画、图像/视频处理、可视化、虚拟现实等,在上述领域的国内外期刊及会议发表论文50余篇。作为项目负责人承担国家自然科学基金项目、国家科技支撑计划项目子课题、教育部博士点基金项目、天津市自然科学基金项目、横向课题等10余项,曾作为主要成员参与973项目、863项目、国家自然科学基金项目等的研究。
