刘春凤,女,博士,副教授,现为天津大学智能与计算学部教师,IEEE、ACM及中国计算机学会会员。近年来主持承担国家自然科学基金项目2项,天津市交通委科研发展项目1项,天津大学自主创新基金项目3项;参与承担国家自然科学基金重大项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家科技发展计划(863计划)项目、天津市自然科学基金项目多项。在《IEEE Transactions on Communications》、《IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems》、《Journal of Architecture Systems》等国际高水平期刊及高水平国际会议IEEE Infocom,IEEE Globecom、IEEE ICC等发表学术论文30余篇,其中以第一作者/通信作者发表高水平SCI检索论文多篇。主要研究兴趣包括无线移动网络系统,车辆自组网、水下传感器网络等的节点移动建模、网络拓扑控制及优化、网络抗毁性理论及智能网络大数据分析等。
